At LUCHARTUS, every product is custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because each item is printed specifically for you upon purchase, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at luchartdl@hotmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once verified, we will immediately process a replacement or a full refund at no extra charge to you.

Exchanges & Cancellations:
Orders enter production shortly after being placed. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please email us as soon as possible. Once an item has entered production, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
